SO: Are there any 10GB USB-C hubs out there with 3 USB-C ports and 2+ USB-A 3.x ports that are portable and under US$100?!īonus question: Don’t other people need more than 2 USB-C ports?! Or is there some kind of power or other technical limitation to having multiple USB-C on a portable hub? I mean, I won’t kick them out of bed, but hate spending extra for them.) I have an external USB-C drive, a USB-A 3.0 external drive bay (because I hoard my old hard drives “just in case”), a few USB-A 3.x thumb drives, a USB-A mouse, and a USB-A external fan because I like to work with my laptop on my lap. I bought a gorgeous LG Gram 14Z90Q last year, and one of the things I loved about it is the array of ports (though it was the 2nd M2 slot that made up my mind): 2 USB-C Thunderbolt 4, 2 USB-A 3.2, full size HDMI, and a microSD slot. TL DR: All I want is a USB-C hub that comes with multiple USB-C ports!Įdit: Edited to remove ‘Thunderbolt’ from the question below, as I am not specifically needing a Thunderbolt hub just a USB-C hub with 3 speedy USB-C ports and 2+ speedy USB-A 3.x ports! ![]()
